DigitalSwift Corporation collects information through our Web site at several
points. We do not collect any
information from visitors to our site who do not create an account and/or log
in to our Vendor area. When a
user voluntarily creates an account with us, certain information is gathered
voluntarily from the user for the purpose of administering their account.
The user may also upload to us images and content for the purpose of
defining a product we will be manufacturing and shipping on behalf of the
user.
We may also collect
general reference information which our users divulge about other people,
primarily for a “Where did you hear about us?” field during our account
creation process. DigitalSwift Corporation does not actively market to
children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal
information.
We verify the accuracy of
collected information by sending a confirmation e-mail to the user.
We collect this
information through a registration form as well as within our secure vendor
area. The information is
collected voluntarily. To
receive our products and services, address and contact information is
mandatory for the purposes of media delivery and invoicing. Other information
we request is optional. We have
an opt-in announcements only newsletter that our vendors can subscribe and
unsubscribe to at any time.
We do not employ cookies
on our DigitalSwift or SwiftCD websites.
We do not allow banner
advertising on our site. No third
parties collect information from DigitalSwift.com or SwiftCD.com.

Usage
The information
collected by DigitalSwift Corporation will be used strictly for the purposes
of manufacturing and shipping CDs, DVDs and other media, as well are
warehousing and shipping products on behalf of our customers.
Registered users who
opt-in and sign up for our announcements only newsletter will receive an
e-mail newsletter from us from time to time.
We may share data with the
following third parties: USPS, UPS, Wells Fargo, Bank of Madison and PayPal.
These third parties will use the information as follows: to ship products on
behalf of our users and to invoice our vendors and customers.
We offer links to other
Web sites. Please note: When you
click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy
policies. Their standards may
differ from ours.

information collection or uses changes, will advise you by updating the policy
on our websites.

to Information
DigitalSwift
Corporation relies primarily on our customers to maintains the accuracy of
their information in our databases. Users
may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies
they may find via our Vendor Login area or via our Support Contact Forms.
Users may delete their information from our database at any time by
requesting us to do so via our Support Form.
Part IV. Problem Resolution
If problems arise,
users may contact DigitalSwift Corporation by mail, e-mail or telephone.
We are committed to resolving disputes within 15 business days.
