Sign Up for this Service

To assist our customers with credit card transactions, and to make the CD ordering process completely hands-off, we offer a limited e-commerce service.

For a fee of 0.50 plus 5%, we will:

1. Take CD orders from your customers
2. Collect their money
3. Ship their CDs to them within 48 hours
4. Send you a daily shipping report
5. Subtract our fees from the money collected
6. Send you a check once per month
7. If your account has no order activity for 6 months, we will inactivate your order form
8. If your account has no order activity for 12 months, we will delete your order form

Example1:

If you charge 8.95 for your CD, and you ship it in a sleeve, the money will work like this:

When placing the order, your customer pays:

8.95 for the CD
0.58 shipping in the US
9.53 TOTAL paid by your customer

We will collect the money, and deduct the following fees from the payment received from your customer:

5.99 for the CD
0.58 for the shipping (passed through to customer)
0.98 credit card fees (0.50 + 5% of customer total above)
7.55 TOTAL cost to you

We will send you the profit of $1.98 per CD when your monthly accrual exceeds $50. Shipping charges for a sleeve package range from $0.58 in the US to $1.80 to Australia.

Example2:

If you charge 24.95 for your CD, and you ship it in a jewel case, the money will work like this:

When placing the order, your customer pays:

24.95 for the CD
1.81 shipping in the US
26.76 TOTAL paid by your customer

We will collect the money, and deduct the following fees from the payment received from your customer:

5.99 for the CD
1.95 for the jewel case
1.81 for the shipping (passed through to customer)
1.84 credit card fees (0.50 + 5% of customer total above)
11.59 TOTAL cost to you

We will send you the profit of $15.17 per CD when your monthly accrual exceeds $50. Shipping charges for a jewel case package range from $1.81 in the US to $4.50 to Australia.

Order Form

The order form is similar to most industry standard credit card order forms. We will customize it to give the form the same look and feel as your web site.

Payments

We will pay you once per month, whenever your accrued total exceeds $50.00. We make payment via the following methods:

1. Check in US funds, mailed to you

2. Wire in US funds to your bank

a. $15 fee for wires to US banks

b. $40 fee for wires to non-US banks

c. SwiftCD will pay the wire fee for US wires in excess of $4,000.00

1. First, sign up for SwiftCD services (no obligation) here.

2. Set up your CD products and packaging in the SwiftCD Vendor Area.

3. Contact us and let us know you would like to use our e-commerce service. Please be ready to tell us:

a. ProductId: Which of the products you set up require an order form

b. LabelId and PackageId: Which CD Label and which Package you want shipped with the product

c. Title: The exact name of the product for the order form

d. Price: How much you want to charge for your CD

4. We will usually have your order form URL ready in a few hours, and you will be able to use it right away on your web site.
