New first of its kind service offers low-volume retail-ready software boxes

ATLANTA, GA — DigitalSwift.com, parent company of SwiftCD.com, today announced a new groundbreaking service called SwiftBoxes.com. The new service offers retail-ready software boxes at volumes and price points currently unavailable in the traditional print industry.

"We took our expertise in low-volume manufacturing and applied it to the printing industry,” said Jason Foodman, Chief Executive Officer of DigitalSwift. “Normally getting retail software boxes made is a complex, expensive and high volume business which requires specialized graphics expertise. We’ve changed that by offering a simple flat fee and quantities as low as 250 units. In addition to handling the manufacturing, we’re able to warehouse the boxes for software authors, then pack them and ship them directly to the purchasers.”

The new service is integrated with SwiftCD, which means that DigitalSwift can also offer complete on-demand CD manufacturing, box assembly and fulfillment. Professional artwork templates, graphics assistance, UPC codes and shrink wrap are all available to the customer through both SwiftCD and SwiftBoxes.

Retail-ready software boxes start at $2495 for a quantity of 1000, and custom quotes are available for any quantity over 1000 boxes.
