New retail-ready manuals can be fulfilled in conjunction with on-demand CDs

The new service allows for SwiftCD customers to have retail-ready manuals made in quantities as low as fifty. Manuals are automatically shipped to SwiftCD for single, on-demand fulfillment in conjunction with CD/DVD orders.
