Here are the details:

- Minimum order quantity is 100, normally shipped directly to SwiftCD for fulfillment.  Price breaks for higher volume.

- You will receive a printed proof copy of your manual which requires your approval to create the manuals.  Normally, creating and shipping the proof takes only a couple of days, but it depends on the quality of what you send to the publisher.

- Credit card payment is required up front for production, there are no credit terms, such as invoicing after the manuals are printed and shipped.

- We will need a copy of your logo, high-res TIF if possible.

- All you have to do is e-mail or FTP PDF files for the manual insides and separate PDF files for the covers.  If you don't  have cover PDFs, we can help you create them.

- Price is affected by a number of factors, most significantly the number of pages and the number of copies. Anything under 500 copies we run on a digital press, 500+ copies are normally done via an offset press.

- On the SwiftCD side, the manual will simply be created as a Fulfillment Item.
