Please be informed that effective February 1st, 2012, USPS First Class Mail, USPS First Class Mail International and all Expedited rates are being increased.

SwiftCD offers several shipping modes at various cost levels, to give you the right mix of price, speed, and tracking capability.  NOTE: For example, a Disc in a standard mailer shipped to a US address costs only $0.45 (US Postal Service First Class Mail). 

Shipping via First Class mail usually takes 3-4 days for delivery in the US, and International Mail usually takes 4-7 days for delivery to non-US addresses.  However, please allow 3 weeks for delivery (US addresses) and 4 weeks for delivery (non-US addresses).  If you or your customer do not receive the CD in the time allotted, please check the shipment status here.  Be sure to include the order TrackingID in all correspondence.

If you specify First Class mail service and your order weight exceeds 13 oz we will change to Priority.

If you do not specify a Shipping Method in your order, the default method is First Class mail.  To specify other shipping methods:

If you send orders to us by filling out the "Place an Order" form in our Vendor Area, shipping methods are available in a drop down menu.

If you send orders to us via XML post, <Shipping><Method> choices are listed in our XML Ordering Instructions.

If you send orders to us through your e-commerce company or software registration service, please check with your service about which shipping methods they offer.

IMPORTANT: SwiftCD does not currently ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria, North Korea, Sudan and Libya.

For our tracked courier service, we use FedEx.

IMPORTANT:  FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes or to PO Box ZIP codes in the U.S., including U.S. military PO Box addresses such as APO and FPO. For military and PO Box addresses we will change to equivalent USPS shipping method.
